DESCRIPTION:Hard to believe that F3 started in St. Louis just five years ago with a single location and just a handful of guys. But even though these men came from all backgrounds\, they shared common goals: to become better husbands\, better fathers\, better sons\, better co-workers\, better neighbors\, better friends and simply better men. Now\, hundreds of PAX across the St. Louis area (and beyond) have an opportunity to come together\, celebrate what has been accomplished both individually and as a community and to see where the next 43 feet lead. \nOur five-year anniversary will be celebrated October 28-29 around the St. Louis area. This weekend will provide plenty of opportunities to connect with brothers from regions around the area\, to invite brothers who need F3 in their lives and to share the experiences with their families. \nRegistration is open\, so plan your weekend and enjoy all three Fs: Fitness\, Fellowship and Faith. \nFriday\, October 28 \n5:30 pm: 2nd F Event \n\nVianney High School (1311 S.
