Locations

We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership other than that you show up at the appointed time and place and follow what the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo) does.

F3’s mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of community leadership. Join us! We currently meet at 12 different AO’s (Area of Operations) in the St. Louis Area, and have a virtual option for those who cannot meet in person. We launched three new AO’s in September, one in October and another in November 2020. We’re expanding west and south in 2021 with new AOs planned for Ballwin, South County and the Central Corridor.

Below is a list of locations and times. If you do not see a location near you, please let us know!

The Citadel @ New Town St. Charles (New Town Amphitheater)

Our second AO in St. Charles County. The meeting point is at the New Town Amphitheater (3420 Civic Circle; St. Charles, MO 63301).

Site Q: Curds

  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)

The Streaker @ Eureka Elementary (Just East of Six Flag, North of 44)
Join us at Eureka Elementary, conveniently located just North of 44 near Six Flags. This AO is named after Archimedes. Realizing he discovered how to determine the purity of gold, the young Greek math whiz leaped out of the bath and rushed home naked crying “EurekaEureka!” We promise, there will not be any actual streaking at this AO.

Site Q: Manicure

  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Wednesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)

The Wet Willy @ Buder Park South (Fenton/Valley Park)
Leave your RC planes at home… Big/Lower/North Buder Park is closed at 5:30 a.m.! Little/Upper/South Buder Park is South of Hwy 44, off South Highway Dr. Conveniently located off 44 just East of 141, and way too close to White Castle and Krispy Kreme! This AO pays tribute to the former, dangerous water park within walking distance from the park.

  • Wednesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)

The Huck @ Clayton High School
The flagship F3 St. Louis AO!  This location is at Shaw Park in Clayton.  We meet right off the Newman Green on Mark Twain Dr. — outside of Clayton High School. We’d meet on the Newman Green, but either the sprinklers are on, or the ground is too frozen to plant the shovel flag.

Site Q: Meatball

  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Saturday – 6-7 a.m. (Ruck); 7-8 a.m. (Bootcamp); 8 a.m. (Coffeeteria)

The Backyard @ Tower Grove Park
This is the first AO in St. Louis City.  It’s located in Tower Grove Park.  We meet right in the middle of the park off of Center Cross Dr. — by the Shakespeare statue. You’ll probably feel more cultured when you post here. Also known for black ops runs on various days of the week and a Saturday morning ruck, so be on the lookout!

Site Q: Cricket

  • Monday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Wednesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Saturday – 6-7 a.m. (Ruck * Meet at Hartford Coffee)

The Swamp @ Blackburn Park (Webster Groves)
Our revised Webster AO. Unfortunately, the neighbors at the original location didn’t like our early morning cadence or classic rock soundtrack. With open space and more room to count at a higher volume, you’ll feel like you can mumble chatter at a higher volume than a whisper. Park in lot off Edgar Road.

Site Q: Bosley

  • Monday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp w/Coffeeteria after)
  • Tuesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Wednesday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Thursday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Friday – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Bootcamp)

The Last Stop @ Legacy Park (Cottleville)
Lewis and Clark used St. Charles County as their last stop before heading out in search of the Pacific Ocean. Three times a week we bring that spirit of adventure to our bootcamp beatdowns.

Site Q: Ralph

  • Monday – 6-6:45 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Wednesday – 6-6:45 a.m. (Bootcamp)
  • Saturday – 7-8 a.m. (Bootcamp)

The Depot @ Kirkwood Park
Have you ever wanted to train with the best men the St. Louis region has to offer?  Have you ever wanted to train with trains? You can get both at this great AO located at Kirkwood Park in Kirkwood (you probably could have guessed that  part). You won’t have to dodge any trains, but there’s always extra fun to be had whenever one passes through.
