St. Louis Locations (AOs)

View F3 Nation – Local in a full screen map

We meet throughout the St. Louis metro area, so there’s certain to be an AO (area of operation) near you. (If you don’t see it on our site, hit up our national site to search, or just contact us to get hooked up.) Each AO gets a creative name by the PAX — you’ll get to know those names well! As F3 STL continues to grow, we will continue to launch additional AOs, and if you do not see a location near you, help us start one!

The Battlegrounds @ Oakville Middle School

F3 continues with its plan to take over South County. Come join us at our first Oakville AO at the middle school. Plenty of ways to get a great beatdown!

  • Monday – 5:15-6:00 a.m. (bootcamp)
  • Wednesday – 5:15-6:00 a.m. (bootcamp)

Bearly Runners

If you come here, that makes you “bearly” a runner. ‘Cause you’re on the Wash U campus … and they’re the bears … and you’ll be running. Get it? Anyway, show up for a great cardio session with men who will push you to be better.

  • Mondays – 5:30-6:15 a.m. (run)

Chariots of Fire

For the runners in our St. Louis PAX, Chariots of Fire (formerly Running with the Devil) meets twice a week to log some miles and help with training, be it for races across the region or just to have stronger cardio. The Tuesday session meets at Panera Bread in Webster Groves, and the Thursday session meets wherever the Q wants to meet. (Check the St. Louis Slack channel each week for the Thursday location.)

  • Tuesdays 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Run @ Panera Bread, 21 Allen Ave, Webster Groves, MO 63119)
  • Thursdays 5:30-6:15 a.m. (Run @ Q’s choice)
  • 1st Saturday each month 6:00 a.m. (Run @ Q’s choice)

The Huck @ Clayton High School
This is the flagship AO of F3 St. Louis!  This location is at Shaw Park in Clayton, MO.  We meet right off the Newman Green on Mark Twain Dr. – right outside of Clayton High School.  We’d meet on the Newman Green, but either the sprinklers are on, or the ground is too frozen to plant the shovel flag.

Neverland @ Blake Snyder Memorial Park

Join the lost boys of Neverland at Blake Snyder Memorial Park for the best (and hardest) part of your day!
