St. Louis Locations (AOs)

We welcome men of all fitness levels. No membership required. Just show up at the appointed time and place and follow the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo).

We currently meet at more than 20 different AOs (Area of Operations) in the St. Louis Metro Area, and have a virtual option for those who cannot meet in person. Each AO gets a creative name by the PAX at the time it is launched — you’ll get to know those names well! As F3 STL is continuing to grow, we will be launching additional AOs in 2021 – stay tuned for more! If you do not see a location near you, help us start one!

The Backyard @ Tower Grove Park (STL City)
Our first AO in St. Louis City, Tower Grove Park is a beautiful Victorian park that serves as the Backyard for the residents of the surrounding neighborhoods.  We meet right in the middle of the park off the center circle near the Roman Pavilion playgrounds.

There isn’t a more fitting AO for F3 as we continue to grow and expand in the St. Louis region than Francis Park! The park was named after David Rowland Francis, the President of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition in 1889 – a symbol of expansion and manifest destiny.

Francis Park flanks the beautiful St. Louis Hills neighborhood and while it serves as a spot for tennis and handball for some, it also is the perfect place to start out your day with a great workout. Get the hardest part of your day over with before the family is out of bed!
