Plan for three beatdowns, distanced rucks, a bit of pain, good fun, great fellowship, no doubt good chatter… and some struggle. It’s a CSAUP after all, so it’s not meant to be easy.

The event starts at 4 a.m. promptly, so getting there early is highly recommended. Register for the event on its registration page.

  • Weighted ruck sack OR weight vest/plate carrier (min weight of 30 lbs)
  • Pair of gloves
  • Water (80 0z)
  • Pair of quality shoes and good socks (there will be rucking miles)
  • Headlamp (preferably red light capable but not required)
  • Energy/protein bars, gels and boosters (suggested 3 but up to you – ZERO is not optional)
